Meetings and Incentive Senior Manager Europe for VisitBritain, Caroline has been working in the MICE industry in mainland Europe for over 25 years.
Based today in Paris, Caroline is responsible for promoting the UK as the best destination to place European MICE business.
Caroline joined VisitBritain in 2017. She previously headed up the MICE department in France for Tourism Ireland and prior do to that role, she ran her own Travel Marketing Consultancy Company for more than 10 years. Clients included VisitScotland, London & Partners, in market MICE Agencies, Destination Management Companies and Hotel groups.
Awarded the role of official overseas sales adviser for tourism businesses by Failte Ireland, the Irish Tourist board in 2012, became a Dublin Ambassador in 2009 and received an ITIC Award (Irish Tourist Industry Confederation) in recognition for her contribution to Irish Tourism in 2005.
