Existing digital health and care systems faced huge overnight demand constraints as the implications for lockdown became clear. This session will offer a ‘deep dive’ into how platforms such as the Protect Scotland app and the Covid-19 assessment and vaccine management tools were developed, as well as how the NHS coordinated one of the biggest single rollouts of MS Teams anywhere in the UK.
