Head of User Centred Design - Major Programmes

Luke is the Head of User Centre Design for Major Programmes in Scottish Government, and is currently leading the User Centred Design (UCD) team in the Social Security Programme. The UCD team provide a research and design capability that supports that whole programme of work, which is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure transition of benefits to be devolved to Scotland from the UK under the Scotland Act 2016. These benefits will be for around 1.4 million people on low incomes, disabled people, carers, young people entering the workplace and help for people to heat their homes.
