Keith joined COPFS as the Director of IT in 2013. He has extensive experience in senior IT management and executive roles held in a number of government organisations. He has leadership responsibility for delivering and developing wide ranging IT and digital services to COPFS staff located in offices throughout Scotland and to external customers and stakeholders. Keith has developed IT and digital strategies and delivered a range of profile business transformation, corporate and legislative initiatives over the course of his career. Keith’s current priorities include delivering COPFS’ digital strategy, which aims to further digitally transform the delivery of user focused services and improve the way the organisation works. Keith is a member of the senior programme delivery board responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Scottish Government’s Justice Digital Strategy and is involved in driving a number of innovation and improvement initiatives to digitally transform the delivery of services to users of the Scottish justice system. Keith previously worked in senior IT management positions at National Records of Scotland and the National Archives of Scotland.
