Neil Dickson (B.Sc., M.Sc.) joined the Force Executive of Police Scotland in August in 2017 as the new Director of Change. Neil is responsible for change activity across Police Scotland, supporting senior staff and officers to deliver improvements.
This includes establishing a plan and overseeing implementation of the Policing 2026 Strategy, as well as setting up a new central change function.
Neil has held similar roles as Transformation/ Reform Director at CalMac Ferries, Roads & Maritime Services in Australia and Balfour Beatty. He has also worked with the Serious Fraud Office, and Office for Criminal Justice Reform. Neil has a background in Organisational Psychology.
