Sam is Digital Services Director for the Scottish Courts & Tribunal Service. His role is to act as a credible catalyst for change, providing innovative products and services which aid the delivery of the organisation’s target operating model and associated reform programmes. Sam has a proven track record in developing, deploying and supporting strategy and transformational change in retail, telecommunications, financial services and the public sector, and for a variety of major multi-national organisations.
