Dhruv Sharma is a User Research Lead, and heads Scottish Government’s User Research Community. An Anthropologist and Design Ethnographer by trade, Dhruv has extensive experience of practicing user centred design in both public and private sectors as well as within academia. His user research experience spans 3 continents covering areas such as telecommunications, furniture and kitchen design, and transport. For his PhD, Dhruv looked at the role of digital technologies and radical innovation in reducing later-life loneliness.
