As well as teaching I am involved in various projects. We ran a coding clubs project for schools that saw us partner with 3 high schools and we trained students to deliver the clubs. I designed and delviered a course for Out of School Care workers called Introduction to Creative Computing. The purpose of which was to show staff how to make the most of digital technology within their establishments using raspberry pi's. The project was a collaboration between West College Scotland and the Scottish Out of School Care network and will continue for another year.
I am a Microsoft Innovative Expert Educator and have delivered CPD on various topics such as OneNote/Excel and Outlook for staff.
