The Covid-19 global pandemic resulted in Scotland’s colleges having to swiftly create remote learning content for students. Here we debate the wider impact of the pandemic - especially on those students who did not possess the digital resources to deal with the shift to distance learning and the steps taken to ensure that ‘digital inequalities’ are addressed rather than exacerbated.
