The must-attend virtual conference for Scotland’s cyber and security professionals

Join us to find out how Public Sector Cyber Leaders would respond in the event of a cyber attack on Scotland, through greater collaboration between government,  the private sector and throughout the nation's cyber communities.

Building Scotland's Resilience to a  Wide Scale Cyber Attack

What happens in the event that Scotland is hit by a hostile cyber attack targeting national digital infrastructure? It's a question that is top of mind among infosec professionals across the country, who are increasingly alive to critical incident response post Covid-19. Join our leading cyber agencies from across the public sector as they outline how they would deploy counter measures in an emergency and how collaboration and resilience is being built  into digital systems amid rising cyber threat levels experienced during lockdown.

Collaboration, Partnership and Alignment
The pandemic has seen a huge shift to digital as people and businesses shift  their transactions and operations online. Threat vectors are increasing all the time and our workplaces and public services are now part of a wider patchwork of systems that comprise our critical national infrastructure. Our cyber leaders will demonstrate how closer strategic alignment is helping to make Scotland a more resilient country - and an international exemplar of best practice - through Covid-19 and beyond.

National Cyber Resilience Leaders’ Board
Economic development, national incident response and partnership working with the private sector will benefit from alignment with updated Cyber Action Plans. Hear from the National Cyber Resilience Leaders’ Board, Police Scotland and the Scottish Business Resilience Centre.

Your virtual experience
We invite you to join us on an exciting, dynamic and engaging new virtual platform which will provide you with an unrivalled delegate experience.

This year, we are  virtual, but our conference objectives remain the same, to bring about meaningful change in the way public services are designed and delivered, by connecting stakeholders in open forums where new ideas can be exchanged and discussed.

FutureScot have chosen the EICC MiE Live virtual platform to deliver this year’s Cyber and Resilience Conference. When we return to running live conferences, we will do so at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). The best of both worlds.

Returning to live and hybrid conferences
In the interim ss soon as Government guidance allows, we will pivot to delivering  our conferences in a hybrid format with the number of delegates being dictated by distancing guidance.

The major reason for so many virtual conferences not delivering for delegates is the lack of event management and briefing of speakers and exhibitors. The wrap round support that FutureScot and The EICC offer our speakers and delegates is unrivalled.

As a valued sponsor when you sign up you will be allocated an event manager who will take your hand and walk you through every aspect of the conference.
