Matt has worked in a Technology environment for the last 30 years and joined Lorien in May this year. After a 9 year career in the Royal Navy he worked in technology recruitment for 4 years before another change of direction led him to work directly in Technology in the financial services sector. Over the course of his career he delivered multimillion pound technology programmes and managed delivery budgets up to £60m. For the last 18 months he was Head of Delivery for all infrastructure change for a large retail bank, leading a team of over 100 project and programme managers and helping to manage the challenge of moving to a cloud based, digital environment.
