Speaker Bio
In my early career I worked in Mechanical Services Engineering before studying Physics at University. In 2007 I joined the teaching profession, becoming Faculty Leader of Science at Wallace High School in 2015.

In March 2019 I became the Project Manager for the Young STEM Leader (YSL) Programme at SSERC. The YSL Programme is an incredible opportunity for Scotland’s young people to create and lead inspirational STEM activities, events or interactions. STEM is everywhere and in everything, and this programme empowers and mobilises young people to become positive role models and gain valuable certification in the process. I look forward to sharing the exciting opportunities that the YSL Programme holds for you and the young people you work with.
