Maggie is Lloyds Banking Group’s (LBG) Director of Intelligence and Incident Response and is responsible for leading and embedding LBG’s Intelligence Strategy across the Group to improve understanding of the threat landscape impacting all areas of business and driving evidence-based decision making and risk reduction journeys. She also has accountability for the delivery of key services within the Technical Intelligence & Incident Response Team: Cyber Threat Modelling, Threat Detection and Analysis, Forensics and Technical Support and response to cyber incidents.
Maggie has an extensive law enforcement background having served with the National Crime Agency (NCA), the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and other precursor agencies for over 30 years.
