David McColl is Chief Technology Officer at NES Digital. He is passionate about how the combination of technical possibilities and scale that the cloud offers, married with modern delivery processes that thrive on close collaboration with stakeholders and user communities can safely deliver technology that provides true and sustainable value to the people who use it. He currently leads the design and delivery of the Turas technology platform that spans the education and training, health and care sectors in Scotland.
