Carol is User Research Manager at NHS 24. Carol is responsible for developing the user research function within the organisation, her team plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help the organisation gain a deep understanding of the people that use NHS 24 services & products. Applying user research methods to ensure the development process is human centred, and aligned with the principles of the Scottish Approach to Service Design

With over 10 years experience of working within the NHS in various health & care roles, Carol is passionate about health inequalities, user centred design and ensuring service design, development and improvements are driven by user needs.
