This session will explore the capacity demands faced by health and care ICT leaders as the impacts of COVID-19 became clear. It will analyse and critique organisational readiness and systems’ resilience, workforce skills and preparedness, technical project complexity and issues, supplier compliance, information governance and assurance and systems testing.
