Joining Instructions 

You can login to the virtual conference platform here Portal. On Thursday, the conference is live from 08:50 with the first speaker starting at 09:10. You can login now to view the full agenda and set up your profile so you're all ready for Thursday morning.

You will need the username (email address used to register) and password to enter the virtual platform, these are emailed to you. please check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received this please contact

On event day, once you enter the platform, you will see the full agenda and will access sessions by clicking the 'join' icon on the conference timeline. You will also be able interact and network with your peers, with the ability to chat and call delegates within the Meeting Hub, and arrange appointments.  You can also visit our sponsors throughout the day. 

Tech Assistance 

Our platform works best using the latest version of Google Chrome, but Microsoft Edge and Firefox both work.

We have conducted extensive testing for government and public-sector organisations to ensure access is smooth, however you may find that some work devices may experience firewall issues with live video and audio networking. 

If you experience technical issues, please check with your browser preferences or your system/firewall settings. Alternatively, we advise you re-join the event from a personal device.
